Within how many days a quality item can be returned or exchanged?

A purchased item can be returned or exchanged within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of the item.

What quality item can be returned or exchanged?

Only an item purchased from our online shop can be returned or exchanged. If an item was purchased in any other retail store/online shop, the customer must contact the original shop of purchase regarding item return or exchange.

When returning or exchanging an item, the following terms and conditions must be observed:

  • the item and its packaging has not changed essentially in appearance;
  • the item has not been used, is not dirty and/or damaged, the item is self-contained;
  • no original labels have been removed from the item;
  • a proof of purchase is available.
  • If at least one of the above-mentioned requirements are not met, and if the return or exchange is requested later than within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of the item, unfortunately, we cannot accept such item.

What is the procedure of quality item return?

Within the period of 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of the item, please contact us by email info@annywoolhouse.com, we will send you a form of item return request; the completed request must be sent to us to the above-stated address.

Then, the item has to be packed and sent back to our address: SIA Anny WoolHouse, Vecmīlgrāvja str. 8-92, LV-1015 Riga, Latvia.

The item returned must be returned with the original labels and all other packaging elements in which the item was received, if possible – in its original packaging.

Once we receive the returned item, we will refund the payment made for the purchased item within the period of 14 calendar days by crediting the refund to the bank or PayPal account specified in the request.

What is the procedure of quality item exchange?

Within the period of 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of the item, contact us by email info@annywoolhouse.com, providing information on the new item the purchased item should be exchanged for.

Upon receipt of our confirmation of the item in the requested colour or size in stock, the old item must be immediately sent back to our specified address. Upon receipt of the original item, we will send the new item of the requested size or colour within the period of three working days.

If no item of the requested colour or size is in stock, or if the original item is requested for exchange for any other model, the original item must be sent back to us following the above-described procedure of quality item return and the item of the requested model must be purchased anew.

Who covers the expenses of quality item return or exchange?

If a quality item is returned, the customer must arrange the item delivery back to our specified address and cover all return expenses. Any bank or other charges related with the refund of the money to the customer’s bank account are covered by the customer.

In case of exchanging a quality item for the other item, the customer must arrange the item delivery back to our specified address and cover all return expenses. The customer also covers the repeated shipment expenses of the new item.

What is the procedure of faulty item exchange?

If a faulty item is delivered, please contact us by email info@annywoolhouse.com, providing information on the faulty item received.

Then, the item has to be packed and sent back to our address: SIA Anny WoolHouse, Vecmīlgrāvja str. 8-92, LV-1015 Riga, Latvia.

Upon receipt of the faulty item returned, we will inspect it and if the returned item is confirmed as being faulty, an analogous quality item will be sent by us to the customer within the period of three working days.

If we do not have the returned item in its original colour or size in stock, within five calendar days we will refund the full price paid for the faulty item.

Who covers the expenses of faulty item return or exchange?

If a faulty item is returned or exchanged, we will cover its return and exchange expenses.
